Founded in 2003 and launched online in 2004, GetMyHomesValue.com was inspired when a competing company proposed selling real estate leads acquired online to company co-founders Conklin and Wilfong. Both men were active realtors in Lancaster County, PA at the time. Since creating GetMyHomesValue.com, the two have become entrepreneurs who have started up a variety of companies with business partner Steve Young.
When GetMyHomesValue.com launched in early 2004, the website was simply intended to generate real estate leads for each realtor in Lancaster County. GetMyHomesValue.com soon was able to generate leads from all over the United States, and the creation of the company's lead generation services for realtors nationwide began.
Financially, GetMyHomesValue.com was a success its first year, grossing over $360,000 in 2004. The following year, GetMyHomesValue.com earned over $2.5 million, and reached the $3.6 million plateau in 2006. That same year, the Central Penn Business Journal recognized GetMyHomesValue.com as a finalist for “Emerging Business of the Year.”
The following year, GetMyHomesValue.com unveiled a comprehensive internet marketing services package for its subscribers. Client retention rates increased dramatically.
In 2008, GetMyHomesValue.com was named the 16th fastest growing company in the real estate industry by Inc. Magazine.
In 2009, GetMyHomesValue.com was once again named one of the fastest growing companies in the US by Inc. Magazine, and was also named a finalist for Business of the Year by Central Penn Business Journal.
