The National Heart Foundation of New Zealand supports the community, researchers & medical professionals, reducing heart disease through education & intervention And each is unique because each of us fills their life differently; different experiences, relationships and, of course, choices - big ones and lots of little ones. The heart is our engine, our furnace, the source of who we are. It is the start and finish of everything we do, have done and are still yet to achieve.
We're the Heart Foundation. We're determined to stop the insidious creep of the disease that shuts down more lives of New Zealanders than any other. Disease that chokes the heart and cuts short too many stories before they're told.
There is so much good that we can fill our lives with if we choose, and we've got a lifetime to do it.
