If you find a lower catalog price on any merchandise available through Quality Logo Products, Inc. that you have purchased from us within the last 30 days, or are looking to purchase from our company, we will gladly match that pricing and refund 110% of the difference. This low price guarantee is limited to registered Advertising Specialties Institute (ASI) suppliers and excludes any advertised specials, closeouts, or liquidation sales. The low price guarantee applies to items that are the same brand, same size, same color, and have the same imprint.
The Quality Logo Products Delivery Guarantee
Under normal circumstances Quality Logo Products, Inc. will guarantee to ship your merchandise on or before your specific deadline; however you should be aware that we can not be held responsible for delays on the part of the carrier who is delivering your merchandise. In rare instances, we may actually ship the item after the intended ship date by a faster shipping method in order to meet the intended receipt date. The additional cost for this will be at our expense. While Quality Logo Products does guarantee that your goods will arrive by a certain day, we are unable to guarantee an exact time of delivery.
Credit Card Guarantee
Your credit card purchases are, as always, insured by your credit card company. If, in an extremely rare case, confirmed credit card fraud would occur, your card issuer would limit your liability to $50.
